Feet problems can both cause and be caused by postural problems.

From the toes up...
Rolled in ankles rotate the hip joints in. This puts tension across the hip joint which would decreases its blood supply. To prevent this happening, the body turns off the lower abdominal muscles.

Allowing the pelvis to tilt forwards. In compensation to this, the shoulders tilt backwards and the head comes forwards.

From the head down...
Forward head posture will result in a backward tilt of the chest, a forward tilting of pelvis, an internal rotation of the hips and the ankles to fall in.

Feet problems usually come from one end or the other, although occasionally both areas need addressing.
